I faced a bad experience when i booked the room. The rates are different from the site and the hotel extra payments are took additionally from me almost 1300 rs . I booked the room through the oyo application, and also payment done through the application, but they don't take care of that. But the hotel is so nice and the rooms are so good . Mostly the major problem is rates differ from the application.

The room was clean and neat, especially the staff's behaviour was good and also parking for vehicles is available. Hotels and other shops are near this building. The beach is a few kilometres from this hotel. When i visited that time the A/C room was not available.

Booked room here through Oyo @ the price of less than 700. When reached the premise the receptionist denied the room which i book and requested additional miney. Due to the situation i booked the room for 1300. Eventhough i paid for AC double room,i faced multiple issue with the stay. Please dont waste your money over here

Booked for a stay there, the total booking costed around 1.5k, but when i arrived (i was late) they said i had to pay another 2.2k for the room or leave, i was helpless and had to pay in order to stay. I contacted oyo and they said that they will refund the amount but i had to submit proof of payment. I contacted the hotel and they refused to provide the bill. They said that the owner is in ernkaulam they have to get his approval to get my bill. What is that logic ? I don't understand but if you book there always ask for bill, i will proceed with a police complaint as soon as i get back there. Please be aware of this and always ask for bill after payment.

Worst rooms and services, zero cleanliness and maintenance, dirty looks bedsheet,pillow and beds, worst AC etc. Waste of money

I booked 2 classic room for my relatives in 2021. They are coming from idukki, and they reached here late night and around 10 pm. When we reached in this hotel the situation was pathetic. One of the receptionist who reacted to us very badly, he treated us in a disrespectful manner.he said at this time they couldn't allow to enter the hotel.the day was very rainy and he didn't allowed us to enter the hotel. He argued "the hotel has no connection with oyo, and ask oyo to refund the amount". I never ever recommend this hotel to any humans. Because they never give respect to people. If it is possible i give ZERO STAR RATING to this hotel.

The stay was average since there was no television available and no breakfast available (which was put up as an option while booking) since there is no resturant. The bed was awesome with good A/c and water supply. Hot water was available in the morning but was not available during night. It is a good stay with good bed and power supply. Book with normal option and avoid the breakfast option since the restaurant is closed. As a business traveller, it was a good stay since I was travelling alone and the bed and power supply was good. No other issues found other than no TV or hot water during night.

Over all bad experience, since we have to wait for 2 hr to get room, the hotel personal told us the amount we paid through Oyo portal was much lower, they asked us to pay 1200 extra , we tried calling Oyo help desk but no use they said we will arrange another room which was very far from this location. Other option was to pay extra which was not acceptable.. the room was also full of cockroach it was a pathetic experience, please take necessary action and mitigate the issue
