Hotel LeCressida - Resort hotel in Yercaud, Kombaikkadu - Salem, India

The rooms are quiet good and the location is close to the lake but the complimentary break fast provided is worst. They have a kitchen from which you can order food from the menu. Overall decent place to stay, quite expensive and nice swimming pool. please reduce money for the breakfast provided and eat it outside

Pros: 1. Staff tried to deliver. Helped us with a rental vehicle as well 2. Parking space (can accommodate upto 4 cars indoors and 7-8 outdoors) 3. Decent location. 2.3km from city centre Cons: 1. Overpriced. Mountain view wasn't what we expected. 2. Dirty sheets and towels. I spotted a cockroach, spider and ants. 3. Wi-Fi connection is very poor. Not available half of the time. Pretty big con since phone network was poor as well. 4. Restaurant is a sham. Lunch and dinner better to be eaten. Breakfast was okay but only a couple of items.

The property is relatively new but the management is beyond pathetic. The staff does take a lot of effort but it looks like the people running the show have absolutely no idea what they need to do. The infrastructure is already falling apart. This place is run like a hostel rather than a hotel. 1. The power situation is bad with power cuts being too frequent and generator not being able to keep up. 2. The wifi is a sham. It keeps dropping every few minutes and then takes few minutes to reconnect. Problem is that Airtel, Jio and Vi has poor network so you are effectively without a connection. 3. I could smell the chlorine in the pool near the reception, so couldn't really use that. 4. The free breakfast is a sham. There are very limited items and even these are replenish after a long time. I think management hopes some people will just leave without eating. No proper place for seating and plastic plates to eat from. 5. Cockroach in the room and spider in the bathroom. It takes a bit of effort to ensure the rooms are insect free but looks like no one can be bothered to do things. A good manager with hospitality experience will be able to turn things around very quickly but I would recommend to avoid this place till then.

It's was a nice experience. The room was very neat and clean. We enjoyed a lot in swimming pool and by playing VR. The service was very good. The complementary morning breakfast was very good and nice.Had a great time by staying there.

LeCressida - you can literally see awesome hill view on one of the side of the hotel.. every room has a balcony, which lets u see the beautiful views of the hillstation. The pool is very neat. You'll probably avoid it as the weather would have turned the water to freezing cold. Lol. The WiFi is very bad. And you barely get any mobile network here. There is no inhouse restaurant, so if u need anything youll have to order a lot earlier. The room service do not provide any tea/coffee bags but there is still a ketle present... There isnt enough space to park a lot of vehicles, so you might have to park outside, which is still safe..

We had planned for a destination wedding at Yercard. Since it's our close relatives and friends I was on the hunt for the best hotel which fit into our budget. I am glad that found Hotel LeCressida and Mr. Jagan at the reception were extremely helpful and kind enough to support you in everything you need. We booked 8 rooms for 2 days and everyone enjoyed the stay. We arranged lunch at the hotel for all the relatives post-wedding and the food was great. I can't thank enough Mr. Jagan who arranged to take care of all our relatives and managed the event during the rain. Thank you so much to Mr. Jagan and his team for the wonderful support. I would highly recommend this hotel who want to have a relaxed stay. Koddus to the team and keep up the good work.!

Visited in the month of March with family. Very Very nice place. Just less than 1 km away from the lake. Calm and serene location. Super Clean interiors, rooms and bathroom. Well maintained swimming pool. Good quality breakfast. Their staffs (Sorry forgot their names) are super courteous and responsive. They provided complimentary bonfire. Also their VR games with a very nominal price is also good. Not to forget Manager Jagan who was co-operative right from the time of booking. S You get the feel of 4* property in this place. Highly recommended for people who visit yercaud. Trust me and go for it. Would love to come back again
