Hotel Le Sancy - Hotel in Delhi - Central, India

My husband stayed at this hotel for two days. Room and bathroom were decently cleaned (except for occasional cockroach sighting), hotel is at a good location and the food was also good. Service is terrible and beware of checking your bill before paying. They were charging for three days while he stayed for only two. And for one hour extra that he took to checkout, they were charging him half-day. He eventually settled it at 500, but 500rs for one hour isn't a fair fare. Well, he is definitely not going back here.

I would not prefer this hotel in future. I had booked a suite with a price of Rs.6000(inclusive of GST) for 2 nights. But while checking out they were asking me extra 12% for the pakka bill. Rooms are not maintained well, service is not good. Bunch of cheats are here to loot your money.

Service is not good, Rooms also old. They don't value their own words. So be very careful while dealing with such people. Demands more money while check out. It's not about the money, It's about the commitment.

Had took stay here for 3 days. staff were very friendly and Guy on reception was very polite. Food was also good..Rooms were clean and tidy.

Very good place to stay for family. Truly safe, secured and comfort. Amazing Staff - sober, cooperative and reliable. Room was clean and spacious

The hotel accommodation is ok within budget range. Hotel rooms and lobby area was clean and in decent condition. Hotel staffs were also very cooperative. However we booked two rooms but television set in one of the room was not operational. Air-conditioning of rooms are also not adequate due to very old conventional models.

This Hotel is placed in Karolbag delhi ..I felt luxary in this hotel in affordable price .. Hotel staff is soft spoken and Service is good .. Met with Atul there who have arrange my mathura trip from hotel in affordable price. Thanks Atul for accomodation and trip arrangment . Ajay
