Room is very small, cockrochs are on all bed, no water bottel include in price, washroom amenities is not useable, staff behaviour is so rude, they change your room with out your information if you gone somewhere, so kindly don't book your room in this hotel, or stay thia hotel my experience is very bad .
The hotel is in a brilliant position from where you can access Chandni chowk, a marketplace, Jama masjid quite easily. It's not very far from the airport and also walking distance from train station. Hotel staff were really welcoming. Rooms were clean and neat and properly looked after. The food quality and service was good. Overall environment was really good. Would definitely recommend trying it out.
Did not match according to the photos available. Only plus point is location if someone has to take train from Old Delhi. Behavior and service both is unsatisfactory. Price is also on the higher side according to service provided.

This Hotel people are cheat.I had booked this hotel one night 17 -18.05.2023 .I checked in into Hotle at midnight 11.30 PM on 17th. & checked out 3.00 PM on 17.05.23. I had intimated Hotle people twice in advance & at the check-in time . They had said it's OK ..They never talked about any extra changes.. During 12.30 PM the Reception people rang me over intercom. I told the I will be checking out at 3.00 PM .He asked have told it earlier.I confirmed . At no point of time, they have said abuot any extra Charges. At the time of checking out they denied that they charged me Rs2000/- more for 3 hours overstay.It's very inhuman. I had never faced such an experience in any hotel.Don't book & go to this hotel. Particularly don't book it on Goibibo as Goibibo don't have any contact link on such dispute.Is taking a complete one day charge of Rs2000 for 3 hrs. of overstay not inhuman..?
Rude and unprofessional employees. Payed with Credit Card (1900 ruppees) arrived during midnight and they Said its full. Money is gone. Great
