Service was really slow And food did not justify the price Very few things available

I recently visit your hotel for dinner and unfortunately, the chicken dinner was one of the worst meals I've ever had. The chicken was dry , making it nearly impossible to eat ,resulting in a bland taste.Overall, I was extremely disappointed with my dining experience at this hotel. The bad chicken dinner and poor service left a bad taste in my mouth.

Nice place to stay on, with good food quality.

Positives : Hotel is good, clean rooms, polite staff, ala karte is good. Negatives: No hand gun in washrooms beside cummode, no south indian options in buffet breakfast, old hotel, towels are in bad shape. Ac temperature is not adjustable

We were in restro bar and that's very fine for party. Food and service is satisfactory but not good. One can enjoy the bar without crowed. Overall ok for family visit and good for lone visit.

My stay was for 14 days and I had a good time spent in the hotel. Rooms are spacious and with a great view, only struggle during my stay was during rains (which are very normal in the location during hot days) my cupboard used to have heavy water leakage (from unknown source) due to which all my clothes got drenched at the first instance. Then I changed my clothing space to be rest assured I don't get into odd situation with all clothes wet. Room service was awesome and the team was very helpful and was very prompt. Wi-Fi is a big struggle because of unknown reason, i was not able to even check my whatsapp messages. Food taste was good with the portion size less than normal portion size. Location of the hotel is good with all the facilities available, even they have a pool table and table tennis table for the leisure hours.

One of the best Hotel in Nalagarh Baddi area . Adequate space for functions like marriage birthday or any other big party .. Staff is very cooperative food quality is awesome proper parking space .
