I attended a birthday party at their roof top restaurant. It was a great experience. The food, service, arrangement everything was good. The food tasted amazing. They had arranged everything so nicely and the service is also very amazing. You can prefer this roof top restaurant for your small get togethers. I don't have experience with their hotel but this roof top restaurant is quite underrated as seen from the map. Give it a try.

Reception staffs are not co-operative in this hotel. There AC & wifi was not efficiently working in most of the rooms at this hotel. Reception staffs has no sense of provide service on time. They charged me 2500Rs /per day and I stayed in this hotel for 3 days but they had charged 8750Rs whereas my payable amount was only 7500Rs. The reception staffs forced me to pay extra money for the sake of their services although I had paid 8750Rs but the staffs at reception of the hotel has gave the bill for 7500Rs only after doing so much arguments.

This was the pathetic service I have ever received .I am humbly requesting to all who is reading this post not to book or take any service from this hotel . My engagement date was 28 Nov 2022 And it was promised to us that hotel will provide us two rooms on that day .on the date hotel management declined to give rooms stating that rooms are already occupied.Apart from this , service of the function was very very bad and I felt cheated . Dinner Material was short in the mid of the dinner for many persons and when I complaint hotel staff war totally non responsive . I again requesting to all , don't book any function from this hotel .you will feel cheated .

I found the room size little bit small in area and service is slow in the night. Overall experience was good. The good thing, it is nearby to civil lines bus stand and calm area with good parking facility and EV charging also available here for cars

Beatiful historic hotel. The staff are attentive and helpful. The food is good and plentiful. My bedroom was on the roof which was exciting and gave easy access to fantastic views across tge city to the Ganges. I enjoyed my stay here very much.
