Dirty rooms and worst untrained staff We were in Mysore last week. Our experience was no less than a nightmare. Dirty maintained rooms, beds, bathroom. Dust all over, expremely unprofessional staff. They will not attend any sort of needs after evening. Hardly anyone available rather. U will only find one lousy person in the reception who is good for nothing. If anyone is planning a stay here. Strongly suggest you must avoid. There are much better hotels around

Had a fantastic stay at Le Grandeur. The staff was friendly and attentive. The food was out of this world! Special credit to Chef Sharma who is a pioneer in the field. Will surely be back for more.

Horrible experience!! Very bad maintenance!!! The bed linens were not changed for ages. We got allergies after staying for a while and suggested to change the bed linen during the night . Service person came(after multiple reminders) in 45 mins with the linen and gave it to us to change it ourselves. I was shocked! Not seen any service person asking to change the linen ourselves as we have to move cot and change the linen. Asked him to change it. He said, he is the only person in night and need to attend the check-in customer and wanted us to wait. I did not accept it and asked him to change it immediately. He moved the cot and we found out it was not moved/cleaned for many months full of dust/ papers dead insects etc. They just clean surface level just to show it looks clean. We are usually ok with hotels who are not really great in service and cleaniness but this was unbearable as you are getting affected without your knowledge as only slight cleaning is done to make the customer feel it is clean but it is completely unhygienic. We immediately checked out of the hotel though it was mid night, took a risk of driving back rather than suffering in that room. They did offer to change the rooms and give better rooms. We lost the trust and did not take a chance. Please be careful and consider if you get any allergies after staying here is definitely due to this hotel!!

The plase is awesome The staff is awesome The food is awesome Specially the Andra meal was awesome I can say that 100% because I am from Andra. The hospitality was awesome More then #Royalorchid because we travel a lot, and we experience the lots of variants, so we can judge and feel that. very good and family place. Hoteal Le Garndeur We visit Mysore twice in a year and in #royal orchid mysore we faced lot's of issues and very bad behavior of staff, may be the staff of royal orchid mysore is uneducatedes. So if anyone searching for good place to stay you can come and stay with your family blindly ,in hoteal Le Garndeur. And we stayed in Room num 210 really very good experience with the room ,and Spicaly Mr.Deepak helped a lot and give his best to serve us and in Reception Shuma she also done her best for the gusts.

The hotel is brand new, and so the hotel is beautiful, and the rooms are clean. The building is located a bit from the center of town, but with uber rates as low as they are, this is not a problem! The highlight of this hotel is the chef and restaurant staff! The food at both the restaurant and bar are incredible.. the morning breakfast was delicious, be sure to try the marsala dosa. You will not be disappointed if you stay here.

The food was amazing. Easily the best place in Mysore to eat telugu food. Amazing hospitality by all the staff especially gangaram shamra the chef who made sure everything was made to our taste, and mr. Uday who took really good care of hospitality. Loved the food.
