Very popular hotel in frequently visiting tourist and corporate clientele rooms are clean and lavishly furnished. Room service staffs as well as house keeping staffs are well trained cooperative. Foods are mouth watering served in descent way. Banquet restaurant conference are enough spacious to accomdate 50 to 400 personal.

I am reviewing as an average middle class person, this might not seem to fit for all. We booked an executive room for 3, charged at roughly 5K per night. The room was fine and room service was good. The location is very near to the airport, so for tourist and business its very easy access for travel. The issues we faced here were 1) The hotel room was very small for an executive room and for the value they charged as compared to other cities we stayed. 2) The A/C was old so for 2-3 hours we were literally sweating and they had to get a person to repair it. 3) The lift is very old and door u need to manually close each time. 4) Their hotel restaurent rates are overpriced like for example MRP Rs 20 water bottle was charged at Rs 50, rest can be imagined. Even though so high rates, food was very tasty! The reception and helping staff were truly humble and polite. Overall review: Not worth the price and experience. Rate it a 3.5.

Very nice staff, breakfast included. Room was reasonable, food was good. Bit noisy.

Located on a relatively quiet back street in JB Nagar circle just 10 mins from BOM airport, if you are lucky you'll get a room with a view of an undeveloped park area. (I'm not going to divulge my favorites). Great value compared to well k own hotel chai s in the area. Really friendly and helpful staff, decent breakfast buffet which is predominantly Indian (but you can get fried eggs on request), usually good WiFi OK for video calls which is important now a days. The manger Mr Pillai has a very good command of English and is able to sort out pretty much anything you need, from complimentary airport pickup by hotel driver to group bookings, events, meeting rooms etc

We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights. We had a warm welcome by the girl at the reception. She was very sweet polite and helpful. We were allowed to checkin before time and were also allowed to extend our checkout by an hour as our flight got delayed. Thanks to the girl at the reception. Sorry i dont know your name. Thanks to Ranjeet for his excellent customer service at the restaurant. He was very interactive with us and was very good at suggesting the food for us. Customer service 10/10 Ranjeet. The food was very tasty. The rooms were clean and tidy. We had a small problem as there was no hot water coming in our room due to some problem but the staff were quick enough in helping us out by getting hot water in a bucket to our room. Over all the staff were very helpful. I would suggest if the toilet could have an exhaust installed. It was a wonderful stay at the Hotel. Thanks to the entire staff for making our stay a pleasant stay.
