In a nutshell- this hotel is in Prime location, easy access to Raja seat (walkable distance), Mandalpatti (front desk can arrange Jeep safari to/fro from hotel at fair price- we paid 3k), room was clean and spacious. I want to specially mention FOOD - was too good and delicious. And staff were courteous. Kind of "Will visit again " type of property with in budget.
Wordt Experience...beyond expectation to change. We were on a visit to Coorg on 2nd week of November 2023..and this hotel was suggested by MAKEMYTRIP. Everything right from staff hospitality,Location, courtosy towards customer,food quality, room amenities were worst. I am a frequent traveller but MAKEMYTRIP has ruined my Coorg trip. Would never suggest to plan trip with MAKEMYTRIP at for long duration. Mansha Shaikh
We stayed in Room no . 101 , Room was specious, clean and maintained nicely , Special Thanks to Front desk staffs for their helping nature and Good hospitality, overall it was very good stay . Will visit again
Visited in April and stayed 3 nights. It had nice accommodation and good food but TV was not functioning properly and after complaint had not been resolved. It also have underground parking space if you are travelling with your own vehicle.
The service they have provided was really poor. The WiFi, water heater and the TV was not working even after the complaint no action was taken. While entering the room the room and the washroom was dirty. It was not clean. As these was not proper I feel the rate was high. As that was discussed with the receptionist he cut the call.
conveniently located in the heart of Madikeri town and it is just 600 mts from the famous Raja seat which is one of the well known tourist spots of Coorg. The hotel provides spacious rooms with large picturestique windows offering stunning views of Madikeri town. The rooms are tastefully furnished with all modern amenities and much for a comfortable stay. Each guest rooms are fitted with 32''/ 40'' LED TV, Mini Refrigeratrs Etc., This family run hotel gives its guests the warmth and caring of a home away from home. The Hotel has ample parking space to accommodate guest's vehicles. Each floors from parking to the top floors are well connected with elevator. Fine Dining with great ambience is offered at the hotel itself is another plus.
Two days stayed in this hotel . Room was clean, need to improve food quality. Reception helped us to roam around the city .
Had been twice to this hotel.... It was good.... But overall food taste & hygiene was okay... First time we had ordered 4 sandwiches .... For that only it costed around Rs1600 & next time we ordered soup, chicken tikka, chicken sheekh kebab, paneer butter masala, paneer tikka, chicken fried rice, jeera rice,tandoori rotis, ice cream, milkshake & juice. It costed around Rs4000....pricey but okay... Not bad.
