The rooms are big but neither the AC worked properly, nor the TV. The location is average and you can see a huge hill of grabage from the window. There were cockroaches and bugs in our room. The food was good. They will promise you buffet but serve thalis in your room instead. It is because there is no proper dining hall in the hotel. Breakfast was average. Highlight for me was the excellent tea and coffee. Overall not really worth the money.
The hotel is in Pathetic condition.I mean how can you provide images online which doesn't matches in real.The condition of rooms are very poor.Its worst than any non star guest room.We just trust what we see online and pay u the full amount but there is so much disappointment.The hotel management are requested to look into it seriously Please ..
Had an amazing experience staying here for 2 nights. The highlight is the food which is like any Delhi 5 star hotel. The chef needs special mention as he is creative as well as experienced to serve wide variety of dishes. The service is amazing from housekeeping to room service. Reception is cooperative too. Kamal Bisht from room service was prompt and showed amazing hospitality services. Will definitely visit again.
People are rude. They judge guests on the basis of attire. Rooms are not ventilated. Rooms have bad odour.
Before visiting to hotel keep in mind that if u forgot anything in hotel you will never get it back , the staff totally denied . It happens 2 times with me .... And rest for breakfast u better take breakfast on Street food as one of the worst breakfast I had ever seen in such kind of hotel. Final review stay at your own risk never trust on staff.
Service not good I have stay 4 days H.k not clean room after handover kea in reception for cleaning . Also as per price hotel not good I have also stay in hotel Rudra Continental it is also same price in Rudrapur but it was good .
Very good services. We had a great experience here. Its a budget friendly hotel with great views and facilities. They also have a nice swimming pool. Food is very delicious.

I haven't really stayed here, though it seems like the best option within walking distance from the railway station. Given no good food options in the area, we did end up having lunch here. Although the restaurant was a little dark at 3 pm in the aft

This property is inside the market, difficult to locate. The entrance is too peculiar like a old house. Although rooms are good and service provided by the staff was quick. I would rather say, one day stay can be managed.
