WORST HOTEL TO STAY IN THANE There were cockroaches on bed and table and all over our room. The shower was broken despite complaining they did not pay a heed to it. They charge you so heavily for rooms and this is what they deliver. At night, there were cockroaches roaming on our face, it was an horrible incident that I have faced till now in any hotel. Just like any other person I went through all the reviews before booking this hotel. I did see a few of them which mentioned that this place lacked hygiene. Despite that I went for it. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone because they do not even change the sheets before handing the keys to a new customer. We had to get that changed because there were hair on the sheets with stains IT WAS A LOSS OF MY MONEY , PUTTING THIS REVIEW SO THAT ANYONE WHO PLANS ON STAYING HERE DOES NOT LOOSE OUT ON MONEY. Because even if you complain at the reception they will not pay attention or help you. Worst staff ever, they were not even sorry for this things.

It's a great place to stay with your family and friends. Hotel rooms are luxurious and clean. Very friendly staff, service is very good. Food is also good. I really enjoyed my stay here.

The suite room was good and big enough for the price. The location is kind of inside but the property is big and they have an in house resto bar The food was also not bad. Worth of money

I stayed in this hotel for the first time rather I stayed in hotel In thane for the first time as many of my relatives are there in Thane it was a good experience staying in this hotel. we reached in pretty early so we did not get the room when we checked in also the early check in charges were whopping 1500 per person. post waiting for 2:30 hours we finally got the room. room was clean, pretty spacious as well, bed was cozy, breakfast was also good. this hotel also has a bar facility so if anybody is interested in enjoying alcohol one can try the bar as well. food was decent, I did not get the chance to order anything from the hotel but had complimentary breakfast so variety was less but items were tasty. all in all a good experience for staying for a night or two alone or even with family. budget, and easy to find.

Laxvas.. More like BAKWAS the receptionist (female) name unknown was very rude and arrogant. I would not recommend anyone to stay at this place The location is very bad the road is narrow and limited space for parking. Unacceptable.

I usually Stay at my sisters place whenever I am at Thane, but staying at Hotel Laxvas was not disappointing. I reached that location quite early around 7 am, I did not get the room as no rooms were empty. The early check in charge was also on a higher side around 1500 per person. So waited and got the room around 9:30 - 9:45 am. Breakfast was limited in choice but was delicious. Rooms were comfy and spacious. Also saw many family members young couples with kids and Granny's and granpas were there. so all in all a good place to stay and yes the restaurant also has a bar menu, if anyone is interested in enjoying alcohols and spirits can definitely try this bar.

Exoribant prices for a match box rooms. Cockroaches in the room. Receptionist aunty too rude, dont know why she is even there if cant handle concerns of the guests. Rooms were dirty, seems back of the bed has never been cleaned since ages. If you are expecting breakfast buffet to be grand then its totally opposite. Same meals everyday. No change.

Worst hotel charged for bedsheet stain of rose petals and reception staff was very rude and arrogant. Don't celebrate in this hotel they will charge you for anything. Even water was not complimentary. Very bad experience stay in this hotel.
