Pathetic rooms.. Specially bathrooms.. That's why they have not put photos of bathrooms online.. The tap fittings, charging ports to soap holders all are either faulty or missing.. The owner does not care and you face just their manager at reception.. The in house hotel is also not that good.. They deliver to rooms but even for a cup of tea you have to wait for 30 mins or more. Also this hotel does a cheap thing of asking for 5 star ratings in exchange of 500 rs discount.. They have stickers all around for the same that's how they have managed some fake reviews online
The place is located at a walking distance from the temple. Although the room was clean the washroom was very small and there are no provisions to even keep the soap. There was cockroach in the washroom. No electric kettle in case you are wondering. Overall its a decent budget hotel but please don't keep any extravagant expectations. In case you are wondering why they have such good ratings, I just received a message from them stating if you give us 5 stars we will give you 100 to 500 rs cashback.
The worst place to stay. No proper maintenance and management. Room are very poor. No power from morning I don't know how people will stay here I'll never come back here. No quality staff. Lift is not working from morning! If you are planning to come here think twice before you booking, there are many great hotels nearby! (worst experience)
We had bed bugs in the first room given then we change the room Room were too small as price charge bathroom also We were charged half day charge extra and it was a scam. The manager was very rude and didn't cared about customer service all we was saying is check out kar do (Mr Sailesh) Unprofessional. Their ground staff was very good but poor the manager should learn from his staff plz avoid this hotel if coming to shirdi. They will scam you.
It was my first time in shirdi and i am glad i chose Lakshami Palace.. I personally liked the service provided over there. The manager and staff are really polite. They're always available and they'd attend you whenerver needed. The food at their restaurant is quite satisfactory too. Also the temple is just a straight 2-3 min walk from there. The location is clean and noisefree. I'd definitely go to the same place whenever i am back to Shirdi.
Safe and comfortable place for accommodation, at a walkable distance from the Shirdi temple. We stayed at the hotel recently and had a pleasant experience. We were a group of students travelling to perform at the Shirdi temple and the hotel staff were very kind and took extra care and helped us book cabs for local travel and to the railway station and Pune. We didn't know the local language and the staff were good at English. Thanks to Nanasahib, the hotel manager for the excellent service and guidance for local tour. Definitely worth the cost and safe for solo travellers.
Running scam. I book cab by hotel to catch my train from manmad with my family. In the middle of way driver stopped the car and asking for more money. I called hotel and tell them about all that. Manager said please pay more money. They are running scam. Never book cab by this hotel. Rooms are worst. Broken beds, dirty pillow and bedsheet. Tv are not working. We stucked into the hotel lift. People give it 5 star because they are gving 100 to 500 Rs for it as a cash back. Review are fake.
The place is very close to the temple yet away from the crowd. The rooms were clean and also has a very small play area. Food from the restaurant was not that great. There were no towels provided .
