I have always been impressed with the services provided by the staff at Lavanya towers. My wife and I are a regular guests at this property and we prefer to stay here whenever we are in Haldwani. This time I am sharing our experience because last week we booked a room over the phone while traveling from Delhi. I spoke to Mr Priyanshu and the guy(unsure of the name) at the reception counter. They both were very helpful and friendly. Also, the staff made sure that we had a comfortable stay and we are really grateful to them.
The worst and fraud hotel ever...They forcely asked my parents to check out the room at 5 pm even time was 7:00 pm for check out...They demanded more money if want to stay more...we have booked for 1:00 pm to 7:00 pm. The lady there was very rude she don't know how to deal with clients..if you want to be happy and have respect don't go there
The hotel is pretty decent look wise. The owner has clearly put effort and made good ambience but the cleaning staff are horrendous. They cleaned bathroom floor with the bath towel they gave us and cleaned the bathroom slab and seats with face towel in front of my eyes. I always use my own towel but looking at this, i just got the shock of my life. A big request to owner, please have some humanity and look what staff are doing to your customers.

The room is spacious, clean and hygienic but costly for 1 night stay with no complimentary breakfast or dinner. Can't tell about food & service as I have not opted to eat at hotel, although there menu card is full of common north indian food items with quite expensive price's. Good for business trips as it is located adjacent to road, you can commute to bus and train station easily. Lot's of shopping Store are also present near the hotel.
Stay was good , room are neat and tidy , spacious and comfortable, bathroom are clean and spacious. Room services and staffs are cooperative . Overall experience good.
