Hotel Lata Palace & Resort - Hotel in Midhakur - Agra, India

If anything less than one start is applicable, I will give that. Negative review. We booked the resort for wedding. On the day of wedding, the catering staff they hired were drunk which was not safe for guests. They took all the food inside after sometime and told the guests that food was over and guests returned empty stomach. We had less than 150 guests but they charged food for 250 people. Also the breakfast also was less. We booked for 100 and they prepared very less. At the end they told breakfast is over. Decoration was pathetic. And they charged a lot of money. They owner was very polite in the beginning but at the end he was very rude and was fighting when we complained about the decoration and other things. Coffee machine never worked. The resort staff was good but the caters they hired, were very unprofessional and drunk. Items were missing from the menu we gave. Very bad experience. Just go for room n venue booking but never give decoration and catering to these people.

Very budget friendly hotel. Old building hence room and toilet were spacious , clean , clean bedsheets and towels. Also provided with water and soap. Very polite staff , from the Manager till the room boy.

Extremely hospitable staff and excellent services. Both the owner and staff are very helpful and go out of the way to make your stay comfortable and pleasant. MUST STAY! BUDGET FRIENDLY! GREAT PEOPLE!

Located on a quiet place around the corner from everything, feels like the right place to stay. The rooms are spacious and clean. You cannot beat the staff, everyone that worked there wz amazing and always offer help and great tips for around town. The food quality is so delicious with lots of option..loved the place without any doubt its a fab place to relieve your stress..recommended to evry1..thumbs up

On of the best hotel in agra. It is situated outside of agra city. I like their hospitality. Personal attention to guest is provided. Food is nice. I will definitely recommend them. Parking space is huge.
