Terrible! " Worst ever experience in my travelling history, the hotel is in pathetic conditions, no service manager, no in house kitchen facilities, no electricity backup, no room service, stayed for 4 days without electricity and food. Do not book online wht they show you won't find that when you check in there and they won't refund your money. Owner don't even bother about there customer comfort and facilities, because they have taken hotel on lease and have to make money only. So beware of this stay.

Very poor construction, look like very old building.. no proper cleaning. Foot mats not change. Even I have book with agoda. They also shown image are very different from actual. Agoda disappointed . First time I have book with this app. Not recommended for this hotel.

The hotel is in very odd location bathroom sleeper did not providing by hotel contact person is in Ahmadabad and he is doing booking for mount Abu

Location was outer. Rooms are Ok but Hospitality was worst. Manager misbehaved and not cooperative. Even for a soap, shampoo, paste, water bottle- hotel staff said that we should carry from home, which is basic things. Over all bad experiences. Not preferred at all.

Rooms on 1st floor have no view. Service and staff was really good but the location of the hotel is very far from the main centre almost 2 to 2.5 km. Taxi from hotel to main centre would cost you minimum 200rs.

Worst hotel that I have ever stayed .I have booked hotel from Make my trip that costed me around 2700rs .But room was not even worth 200 rs .Room was dirty ,Tv was not working even after complaining number of time there was no response from the hotel .

Very nice place. Rooms are big and clean but Food quality could be better.

Worst hotel experience in my life it was not a good room and not facilities
