Pathetic service only money oriented people. After paying 5k for 1night you expect very good service.No hot water, if call no-one will pick, For 1 room they will give 1bottle of water. Very very unprofessional people and you have to pay by cash else they will charge more. Food quality is ok. I strongly suggest to look for some other property.

Had booked this for a short day. Cleanliness needs to be improved - towels are dirty, hair on the bed, hair in the toilet not cleaned. Even after the request, it was partly cleaned. The passages were dirty and not clean. The outside park was clean. The overall experience was not good. It needs to improve in the matter of cleanliness.

I had an absolutely terrible experience at this hotel. The room service was abysmal - they took forever to respond, and when they finally did, they got my order wrong. To make matters worse, the room cleaning was nonexistent; I found dirty towels and a messy room upon check-in. Speaking of check-in, that was a nightmare too; it was delayed, and the staff seemed disorganized. As for the restaurant, I couldn't believe how bad the food was. It was tasteless and overpriced. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

I stayed there a day and I really enjoyed it. The rooms are neet and clean also the staffs are very friendly. It is good to visit there with friends and family.

Booked this seeing existing Google reviews and Agoda reviews. But very disappointing. Seems like reviews are fake. It's an old resort which is not maintained properly. You will find all sort of damaged and old statue and bushes inside resort premises. Rooms are very old and ill-maintained and smelled like this has remained closed for years without proper fresh air. Stinky bathrooms. Kids play area is with bushes and paintless playsets. Swimming pool looked okay but water not fresh, hence we didnt try. So basically this resort appears to remain vacant through the year. And I can say this as we were one of the 5 or 6 rooms booked during our stay. It could be double or triple during weekends but looking at the condition, I can confidently say it may not be too many bookings. So it's a sheer disappointment for us for the price point. Dont get fooled by photos present in booking websites. Those could be taken before 5 or 6 years and not recent. Only positive about rooms is its spacious, resort premises is spacious. Complimentary breakfast was good and staff were helpful. Advice for management would be to repaint and refurbish everything and run the resort with proper maintenance.

Worst experience ever I have faced. We stayed there for 3 days 2 nights. Money spent was not worth the service . Breakfast was very bad and tasteless. No one can make the worst Tea and coffee like them. Lunch buffet was not worthy too. Many items were missing in the display and not provided till the end. Rooms and bathrooms were untidy ans stinky. Room towels were not replaced. Even after requesting them to change they just folded and returned back the same. Room rate was 5000+ rs and they charged additional 2000 rs for a 10 yr kid for a single day. Night we didn't wish to take the buffet and ordered separate food from them , a normal small kal dosa was 100 rs ( only sambar was provided) and a halfboil was 150 rs with tax.

Kindly don't choose this place. They are the worst in room service, food quality and everything. Worst complentary morning buffet and paid lunch, dinner buffets were expensive with few items. Nothing is worth the money spent there. Unhygienic and stinky bathrooms. Only their rates are high, the people in the reception do not know how to treat the guests, too rude. No responsible answers.

We stayed 2day 30th September to 1st Oct 2023. We enjoyed our stay at Landmark. Huge car parking . Breakfast busy & crowed at restaurants. Pasta. And egg podimas was nice rest all dishes were regular. Lake view near to hotel. Bonfire song can be batter like DJ set-up. Manger and Madam at reception were polite. And staff helpful to.
