room interior is average. but common areas was good at any point of this. but now it is going to be come under a hunted category. there was 4 booking in last 6 days. and I was alone in hotel to stay. they are not maintaining it

Very nice rooms very comfy & big. Before 3 yrs was a place celebrities used to come. But after amphan and covid the hotel has drastically changed. But it's recovering. Nice property will pools and amenities. But location is quite odd for business trips. It's 10kms outskirts from durgachak towards nandakumar.

only washroom need to renovated .room is good spacious.staff r good .dinner time service to be extended atleat 10:30pm.

Service is pathetic . The staff try to fool you and even deny for many items in breakfast and dinner even when you have booked them with your room rent. I doubt people who are posting positively about this hotel are paid to post good review or this hotel was good at some point of time and has deteriorated to this pathetic state.

I will not recommend this hotel at all. Housekeeping extremely poor. Intercom never worked during three days stay. Tea material was provided on consistent demand. No SOP being followed during pandemic. No sanitizers available in the premises. Limited variety of food with average quality, rates are reasonable though. Overall experience was pathetic, rather horrible.

Rooms were dirty and all cloth curtains seems to be rarely washed. Spacious rooms. Service is bad. Far away from city too. The entire building was not maintened property with water leaking in all floors. No lift facility too. Have specifically given our check-in timing for late night but gate was closed.

Location is off the city so nothing around it. For computation you need a vehicle. Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and neat. It's a old hotel but well maintained one. Food is average. But not bad either. Reception staff if also friendly. However there is no 24hour room service so it's a let down. Breakfast will start only at 7am. Bathrooms are clean and neat, fittings are old but maintained. So over all its a good place to stay. And in Haldia good accomodations are not available much.

In Haldia "Hotel Landmark Plaza" is one of the the the beautiful resort. Here 3 categories of rooms available and which ever you comfortable you can book. Decoration of rooms is awesome and AC available. Here swimming pool and playground available. The area and atmosphere is nice and greened area. Food service are costly. The staffs behaviour is not bad.
