A poor hotel in the heart of Guwahati. Rooms aren't cleaned before a guest arrives. There were mosquitoes all around in the room and bathroom. There were just two plug points in the room from 90s which was not accepting any charger. Bathroom was leaking everywhere.
Staffs are rude. Service pathetic. Ambience shabby. AC on repeated request. Not at all recommended.
Centrally located hotel. Once upon a time it use to a top destination. It has a slightly worn down look now. The infrastructure can use a boost.
I was tempted to rate it average but the service was decent. Folks from front desk, Cafe and housekeeping put in extra effort to make the stay as comfortable as possible. The food is slightly priced but the portion size and taste was worth it.
PS: It helps to not go for the cheapest option online. Better connect with the team offline and check options.

An old hotel in the city but we never got the chance to visit the restros/bar here! We choose The Piano Bar among the different options within the hotel and found it to be empty and peaceful. It had a dark ambience and limited staff. Tried blue lagoon and paneer tikka since the menu had limited options.. found the service to be slow and the food wasn't great either..
