The location is convenient to visit Mantralay or Malbar hill. Rooms are small as Mumbai standard but good. Reception or room service phone numbers were not displayed near phone or in the room. However, on calling landline, when asked for Kettle to heat water, the service was prompt and courteous.
Nice place for a good stay at affordable price in Mumbai. Location is very good, in South Mumbai, adjacent to Chhtrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus. The rooms are quite good and cozy, the staff is very cordial and courteous.
