Hi Lalitha management or whatever seeing this message. This is Edward from Chennai and I have visited your hotel today (05/02/2018) nearby Malaysian embassy ( cenotaph road). Me and my pregnant wife here to visit the Malaysia embassy for some reason so I came to your hotel and had one tea on Morning and paid as well. Since my agent is not coming on time so me and wife waited in your restaurant for 1 hour . Suddenly one fat guy come in and asked us why you are waiting so long here more than 1 hour , if you want to wait go outside and wait like that he shouted ! So finally I bought a parcel meals at cash counter and asked your cashier IS THIS WAY HOW YOU TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS??? He simply said : CUSTOMER WILL COME THIS TIME ONLY THAT IS WHY ... I said : WHO AM I ? He simply keep quiet. This is the first time I am seeing this kind of attitude in Chennai. I PROMISED YOU HERE AFTER I WONT SUGGEST THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE WHO LIKE TO VISIT MALAYSIAN EMBASSY OR nearby !!!!!!! Thanks
If you Looking for good food Please don't choose this Hotel.Menu price looks high even though taste is bad.For Example One idly price Rs.20 they providee same quantity when compared to other shops.
