Jaisalmer is a small town and it was nice to stay in a heritage hotel. The rooms are big, done in a heritage style and the property owner took efforts in explaining us the tourist attraction spots and how not to be fleeced by guides/ operators. The roof top view offers an amazing view of the fort, food was tasty but a bit expensive ( never mind). Enjoyed the stay. Tips: Rooms are big enough to accommodate a family , would recommend calling the property directly.

Beautiful hotel in the perfect location. You can walk everywhere and come back to the room very easily when it gets too hot out. The rooftop restaurant has a great view and atmosphere, food is good if not a bit on the pricey side. Staff members were diligent and very helpful. The pool is also cleaner than any of the others I've seen in India. Recommend to anyone, even for budget travelers. Everyone should try a heritage hotel at least once.

We stayed in Lal Garh for a night during our vacation to Jaisalmer. This is a great hotel and the price you pay is worth the room you get. The staff are polite and helpful. They have a nice car parking right outside the hotel. Smooth check-in and check-out and also the person managing the hotel is very helpful and marks all the places you can visit with a nice itinerary. Overall would definitely recommend and also visit again. PS their in house restaurant makes great food.

Wehad made an enquiry for two rooms availablity at your hotel on the kind recommendation of Mr.Virender Singh (hotel Gulaal who didnt have room available). On inquiry with your hotel, Mr.Nagendra Singh told us the two rooms are available and shared me some overall external hotel images and the pricing details. I requested him for the specific room photos that we are given for the price as it was not clear on your website or on the photos shared. he didnt have one, and told he will share it later. When I called him around 3.00 PM this afternoon, he mentioned he was at the barber shop in the market and would be able to send it only around 5.00 PM. Still, we didnt receive it, and around 5.30 PM when I called him and he sent me the two videos. Post which in a short time we confirmed the reservation, asked him how much we should pay in advance and sent him a 20% booking advance amount of 4160INR. I also asked him about the cleanliness of the room and also the possible availability of dinner and the cost of food in your hotel. Which he didn't like as well. I finally requested for a confirmation copy of the reservation so I can be assured of the booking. He told me your hotel doesn't give any such thing, and no one ever asked in your hotel. He took my email ID and told he could only send it around 9 PM today. I was waiting for the booking copy, and around 10.00 PM i gave him a WhatsApp reminder for the reservation confirmation at least on email. your employee, mentioned he doesnt know how to send email and waiting for the guy. I still told him its okay to send it tomorrow morning. He also told me if needed i can cancel my booking as no one ever asked such questions and reservation confirmation on email and insisted to upfront canceled my booking. I again call him back and asked why he is doing like this and as we coming with two family what would we do if he cancel our reservation on his own wish ? how will he feel if he is treated the same way in any hotel. He said, he doesn't need customers like us(who asks many questions about the cleanliness of the 2 room, and possibly a pic of the room, and a reservation copy after paying in advance). He forcefully hung the call mentioning he doesnt need a customer like us and he cannot take my booking anymore. he immediately sent me back the 4160INR advance from Paramjeet Singh's phone number. (i dont know who he is) This is very unprofessional on your hotel's part, and what do you expect from us who has never seen your hotel before or have acquaintances with your hotel stay earlier to do? is asking to please give a clean room with neat bathroom and asking for a confirmation email post paying advance wrong? in my entire life i always either received a confirmation pdf or email or some sort of confirmation once we make a booking. Mr. Nagendra Singh says to take a screenshot of his message in WhatsApp and come to your hotel. As we speak he has deleted all the messages he sent me. what will i do if he does the same on the day i am coming to Jaisalmer? should we stand on the street with family and kids? VERY UNPROFESSONAL HOTEL. WOULDNT recomend. we will never give your hotel recommendation to my known circles and will surely share my experiences with all my sources. Very sorry to mention that we are disappointed with your hotel and your service.

Awesome Hotel with wonderful staff, owner and food. You will safe staying here. Hotel was neat n clean. Staff were so humble and well behaved. This is what a customer needs on vacation. Thanks for being such great host.

We had a very comfortable stay there. Due to the delay in train we could reach thereonly by midnight, but they were kind enough to keep food for us. Thanks to Shahid. Rooftop dinner was awesome with a good view of the lighted forte

The hotel is too expensive as per their service, they just provide limited to limited breakfast option which doesn't at all fit with the prices. For a family of 4 members they asked us the price of RS 4700 per night. The only good part is indoor swimming pool

We had great stay at Hotel Lalgarh for 3 days. Owner Mr. Narendrasingh was a great host who didnot compromise and helped us in every way. The rooms were spacious and clean. The staff was helpful and respectful. A place of great stay where we would like to visit again. I recommend it highly.
