Hotel Lake View - Hotel in Saputara - Dang, India

Rooms wise OK. Breakfast was good. Location wise super. On the main road. Toiletry available but the bathroom was not up to the mark. Food was also good. Pool is small. No other amenities.

I have booked a room for one night stay at this hotel from 17 november 2023 to 18th and booked the room category of lake view deluxe room. When i checked in, i found the room good but then found out that hot water is not working, i have complained it to the management but then again send a maintenance people for formality and I couldn't got the proper fresh and I was again complain for hot water but nobody can listen . Very much frustrated and at the time of check out i reported the incident to manager, he is not taking it seriously and i was not attended, and i left the hotel after their whole payment. So i filed a consumer complaint against the hotel

We had booked this hotel as part of our 3 days vacation to saputara with family. I must say i was completely satisfied with the experience. The rooms are clean and well maintained. Service is quick and nice. The restaurant food is great and has a variety of options. Ample parking space. All in all, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

Be aware!!!!! Online scam using this hotel name is going on. When you call on landline number from Google, no one pick up. Immediately afterward you will receive call from mobile saying hotel manager is on the line and will offer half price booking. He will share barcode and all starts. Hotel management to also take note of this.

Ambience is good, food is also good but room service not upto mark, room ac was not working even after giving complaints it was not repaired upto all 3 days we stayed there.

I can't say much about the room. I got upgraded to a different room. The room itself was spacious. However, only 2 (500ml) water bottles per day are complimentary, and then they charge Rs30 (excluding tax) per 1ltr bottle, which seems to be not fair. The extra bed was a little small, and its blanket had a weird smell (like motor oil). The food (especially the sizzler and punjabi) was good.

When i checked in, i found the room good but then found out that air conditioner is not working, i have complained it to the management but then again ac works for sometime and the again shows the error as e5, my whole night got spoiled and I couldn't got the proper sleep, the calls from room can be verified from call records. Very much frustrated and at the time of check out i reported the incident to manager, he is not taking it seriously and i was not attended, and i left the hotel after their whole payment. So i filed a consumer complaint against the hotel. Dont book this hotel, not a cordial staff here, instead i was delighted for my stay in hotel shilpi resort, where also i have booked a room.

Everything was Well maintained. Only regard was their was not proper hot water supply for bathing. Also bath tub fitting was broken. House keeping staff needs to understand atleast Hindi. Keep them trained. Every staff was very polite and helpful.
