Excellent place to stay with family in Madurai, Flexible atmosphere, staffs here are very friendly and they are open enough to adjust with Customer request. Room are very spacious and lot of variants to choose rooms based on our requirements. When it comes to safety features, every rooms are survilled with CCTV and they stand by for any kind of support. Must try.

Rooms were quite spacious and worth the money. They have a parking space and a small restaurant that serve varieties of dosa. A good number of eateries are near to the hotel. Comfortable for a family stay.

1. Overrated hotel. Room is not very clean for me. Spacious but Dusty and molded. Very old furniture including the entire building. Rusty smell. 2. Bathroom light is very deem, not very well maintained. 3. Balcony is never washed before, full with dirts and birds poo. 4. Bedsheet got one kind of smell. 5. Internet is very slow. 6. Hot water flow is good. 7. Lift didn't work sometimes. 8. Power cut but came back in next few minutes during my stay. But repetitive for few times. 9. Has Restaurant nearby Pavithra bhavan. Quite OK.

We had two 3 bedded rooms. Initially provided rooms were poorly maintained. The staff then moved one bed into a Deluxe room. Appreciate their efforts into moving the heavy bed. Location is right near major hospitals and there is an auto stand right next. Haven't tried food in the hotel. Staff were very helpful.

Rooms were pretty decent what we pay is what we get. Good location for stay with family and friends. We stayed here for 2 days and it was a pleasant experience.

The room was very big and the service was there the AC was the coolest the washroom was clean and the room was very big the TV was working and the view was gorgeous

The Rooms are Good & Neat with Room Services. The lift is well maintained. Facilities of CC cameras are available in every Floor. Automatic Lights will be on, on reaching every floor or movements of guest in the corridor is monitored with illumination. We can get excellent view of the lake from 4th floor & above. The cons are: FilterCoffee is not available in the hotel at dawn. However room boy gets coffee from outside in plastic cover. The management ought to serve the coffee in flasks ... not from the plastic polythene bags. The base ( ground floor) is very much lower than the road level. So the sewerage water or rain water is collected & remained stagnant just in front of the Front office, without clearing the stagnant fluid with exhaust pump. This emitted bad smell. This smell will drive away the spot booking of rooms by the guest. I suggested to remove the stagnant water by exhaust. Yet this is not a permanant solution for them. It will be better for the Hotel owner to raise the ground floor upto the the road level. But this will restrict heavy vehicles, even Tempo Traveller, entering the hotel. Only cars can enter. For the sake of hygiene, this alteration need to be attended by the Hotel.
