Very bad , find some other place pls, everything was dirty, nothing in the rooms, stains everywhere , room smelt like green maal . Not good
Rooms big enough for 3-4 people. Non AC rooms - 850 Rs , AC rooms 950 Rs , extra bed -150 Rs.
AC room not recommended as water was dripping inside . Plus manipal is a very cool city , it keeps raining . Don't forget to bring your umbrellas. I noticed that they don't change bedsheets for a new guest , they just tuck it in tight and make it look like new. Wouldn't recommend using their towel either.
Room has a Tv ,a cupboard (bring your own lock),phone and a water heater (installed in the bathroom). No slippers so bring your own if you don't like going into a bathroom barefeet.
Bathroom essentials aren't provided so bring your own soap,shampoo , toothbrushes, toothpaste.
They have a restaurant and a bar too .
I recommend Anand Bhavan restaurant which is one kilometer away , walking distance.
Food is a bit costly , tea costs 25 Rs so yeah.. ...go figure.
Rooms are good also management staff is very helping , location and food are also good and moreover you can easily get rooms here at very affordable price up Rs 750 , both AC and non AC rooms are available here and it's well connected to main roads too.
I love my Manipal and Manipal days. I use to visit very frequently to this restaurant. Very good food and very clean. I love the chiken ghee rost dish served in this restaurant.

Good for bachelors.Not too good for family stay.Also it was pretty cheap for students who are there in Manipal for short visit.Housekeeping is not that good,but things can get done if insisted.
Very Bad for OYO standards. Toilets dirty, non functioning flush, no blanket and no hot water too. Choose this only if you have no other option.
