The place was very quiet and relaxing. Every morning monkey came to visit the hotel through trees(in winter the most). The swimming pool was very clean. The breakfast was absolute heaven and we enjoyed a lot. There were many things to do like go carting.
The hotel is very near to the main market. Rooms are good, spacious and clean. Executive rooms have balcony with the pool view. Poor internet connection. Food is buffet which is economical. A la carte is expensive. No indoor games. Garden was poorly maintained. Room service is slow. No dental kits and hand towels provided. Overall a good stay.
Every time I visit Mahabaleshwar with family, I prefer staying here. At Evolve Travel Company also, we recommend our clients to stay Here. It's a traditional hotel with Courteous staff and standard service. Good restaurant and buffet breakfast is very good. Fixed room rates. Location is fantastic - 2 minutes walk from the market.
A nice central location, easy walk to the main market and next door to Dina and Little Italy for good food. Plenty of parking. The resort is clean and well kept, the rooms neat and worthwhile only if you stay in the Executive Room which are reasonably sized and have a balcony. But AVOID room 201, which is next to the kitchen has a lousy view and gets all the noise from the loud kitchen area. We were given this one and hence a star is taken. Breakfast with several veg options is fine for non-discerning guests. Room service and housekeeping was nice with overall staff being quite friendly. Overall OK. Would stay again, if I'm not hustled into 201 room again.
Not worth the money. 1. Breakfast which they provide as complimentary is not worth juice they mix water and no option only idli sambhar and poha this they call as buffet. 2. Staff and propert owner dont know how to talk plus they expect u to checlout at 9am and if you reach by 11:40 am rather then 12 you will not get the room ready dont know then why they ask guest to vacate early. 3. They charge u 5700 and in that u wont get anything even toileteries are limited. 4. Pool and property is full messy. I would have rate it 5 star if would have got this at price of 3k max. Pls dont go to this hotel
My overall experience for this property was not that good if we compare it with prices. I went there after reading reviews but you can see that after every single star review they have plenty of fake good reviews. The hotel staff knocked my gate at 11 30 in night to collect the crockery. Morning 9 am they want guest to do checkout. I mean on vacation how can u do checkout at 9am. Coming to breakfast- no options Idli sambhar Pav missel Dosa they mention but was not served. Poha Thats it. Dont go by reviews the hotel is not worth rupees 5600.
Resort was good but the attitude of the receptionist was very bad. Rest of the staff was nice. Rooms were clean but the promised amenities were not provided, indoor games were not there
