Good points 1. Rooms were clean. 2. Staff was courteous.
Not so good points 1. They do not have a maintained playground. It is only room that you get if you go there during rains.
Practically no amenities.
2. Food arrangements could have been better. They do not have toaster, something basic.
There could be a microwave in room or tea coffee sachets.
3. Last but not the least, we did not get hot water in rooms!!! It's a must during rainy and winter season.
1. Rooms were clean, walls not due to some uneducated guests who may spit on walls.
2. I think the strength of this place is staff, whose service is too fast and who are really courteous.
3. Food is average but breakfast buffet options were not good.
4. Also food pricing was wiered like daal rice in 150 and only daal in 200.
The restaurant was closed so I had to order dinner from outside.
Breakfast was too bad, we were a group of 6 people and everyone had issues with the taste of food.
The only positive point is that the room was spacious but the cleanliness was a big No.
No view from room..
Had a very pleasant stay with family. Duplex room are very spacious. Staff is very professional. Would love to visit again :)
Great place to stay. Rooms are clean and service is good. Only the entry to the parking area with bigger vehicle can be challenging if you are not a perfect driver. Otherwise this place is good.
4/5 for the property,
5/5 for the staff behaviour,
2/5 for bland breakfast.
I can understand that the property is next to a water body and since it's very moist during the rainy season I expected some sorts of insects like mosquitos at night. But, to my surprise we were greeted by some unknown insects which were small enough to be called invisible but bites like mosquitos. After complaining they hooked us up with an all out which was as effective as an umbrella in windy rains. I don't think this would be the first ever complaint. We had to buy a mosquito coil from the local market.
Also, they knew that mornings are cold and still they are unable to offer hot water to take a bath. Their claim of hot water is a mere warm water which is not too cold. They did offer hot water from by using their personal heater but why not offer this to all the guests? People visit a hotel for luxury, they can stay in a tent if they choose for adventure and take a bath with cold/warm water.
Not a great experience... rooms are opp to parking space and no privacy !
Negatives:
Food was bad
Service is slow
No amenities
No great view from rooms
No privacy in balconies
Positives:
Spacious Rooms
Budget friendly stay
Very friendly and good environment, the helpers are very friendly and helpful..
I would recommend coming to this hotel in terms of service level , beauty and relaxation. especially Mr Jimi, who is the caretaker, has been very polite and helpful whenever needed. Also Mr. Chandu has helped me when my daughter was not feeling well he helped us for the home food, which helped my daughter to recover fast. Thanks for all their efforts and service.

Very isolated place with peace.
I have been here on Saturday afternoon & hardly few people were around.
