Hotel Lake Palace - Hotel in Mount Abu - Sirohi, India

The hotel is located right by Nakki Lake! The rooms are clean, with modern amenities and comfortable beds. We had a suite which had a great terrace of lake view. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. The service was great. My only complain is my two polo shirts were stolen and not to be found when we reached home. Called the hotel the next day but they said nothing was found.

Nice hotel located right on Nakki Lake. Features rooftop restaurant with delicious food and a lovely lawn with slides for kids. Room has all modern amenities. Despite being located right on lakeside, it is quiet and peaceful.

Best value for money hotel in the town. Sits right next to Nakki lake. Staff is cooperative and food is descent. Staff maintains cleanliness and best part is the view from the porch. We pretty much used for all 4 days we stayed there. Hidden Gem!

fantastic stay @ Hotel Lake Palace. Everything was just best. hot n cold water facility, full speed wifi connection, tv with all major entertainment channels, comfortable bed, 2 water bottle complementary, a small fridge, electric water heater jug, room service on call, timely breakfast n.dinner. overall we enjoyed a stay and will definitely visit again. What a location! just opposite Nakki Lake Hotel has dining n sitting area so well designed with small play area for kids that we and our son actually enjoyed sitting outside a lot. it was our 3rd time trip to mt.abu and I can say this one was the best. Monsoon added beauty to our trip. Thank you hotel management to give us such a memorable trip experience.

Everything just amazing. Rooms are quite good with all facilities incl. Hot n cold water, refrigerator. Good room service. The location is the best. It has small garden and play area. my son also enjoyed so much here. We visited m.abu during light rain. We enjoyed weather just from sitting in corridor at hotel. It's opposite Nakki Lake so if you want to relax and chill and enjoy weather and view, its the best option. I m glad that I have booked our weekend holiday here.

We stayed at this hotel during our most recent trip to Mount Abu that we discovered after some haggling. Although we were fortunate to acquire a place at a reasonable cost, the cost of lodging rose as demand rose.We were pleasantly delighted by the quality of our room despite the first negotiation. It was clean, and equipped with basic things. The hotel personnel was welcoming, and they even assisted us in setting up transportation to our next stop.

Worst experience ever. I have booked a Standard room and the room has no windows, no ventilation and the size of the room was very small and you will feel suffocation. I requested the hotel Manager for an upgrade but he denied by saying that rooms booked online can't be upgraded and we have no rooms left. He was very rude and had no cooperation and he didn't understand our problem of suffocation.Then I called the goibibo customer care number and somehow they managed to upgrade and I agreed to pay the difference of rs 2250 in cash. While checking out the manager again misbehaved and he was not giving me the bill of the amount I paid in cash. I would not recommend this hotel as rooms are very small and suffocated and hotel manager is very unprofessional non cooperative and very rude. Still if you want to book then go for their deluxe rooms or suite rooms. Also The hotel has a nice view of the lake. Only their suite rooms have a lake view.
