Hotel Lake Inn - Hotel in Bhimtal - Nainital, India

Room : 103 Good: View is great, green, clean. Location is good. Lake view. The bed is comfy. The staff is polite. Outside food is allowed. Free working wifi with a strong network. Taxi facility available rent bikes too. Not Good : Food options are less and expensive. The fan will not work when the electricity goes. No Hand towels. You have to ask for the things for multiple times from staff if you want them to do something. Telephone doesn't work when you dial for the reception desk. Monkeys used to come there in the morning.(this is cute) they may steal your things. and even some attacked my mum. But I am not blaming the hotel for it. Good.

Location of the hotel is nice. Room service is horrible. Even after calling several times no one picks up. There is no hot water, electric kettle stand is there but electric kettle is not provided. No towel was provided. The food served here was good but in dal they had added too much salt.

No complementary breakfast, no dental kit, only one towel on two ppl, no tea accessories, fowl smelling washroom, no wiper in washroom, small rooms. Price is less ok...but I would request to increase 200/- more and provide dental kit, and tea making things please. Though hotel manager is kind person, co operative and helpful.

From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the tranquil beauty that surrounded me. Its a perfect escape from hustle. Hotel staff is really nice and attentive. Rooms are clean and having perfect view with lake and mountains. I can't wait to return and create more cherished memories in this lakeside paradise.

Good hotel to stay with family. Hotel outside garden is also well maintained. Good view from balcony and hotel. Room respons was good. Only negative point is that food is very expensive, we could not imagine one plane Paratha is 100 rs, maggi price was 150 rs

Water was dropping from the roof, they had inserted a cloth to stop the water. Bad odour in washroom. Staff was unprofessional, TV was not working. Bed was broken, not for vegetarians. Very expensive food, it was situated on great height no one could reach down to explore bhimtal without any vehicle.They only have good view and rest is bad.

Hotel was awesome , Overall. GM of property Mr Zubair was an excellent person Staff was very helpful, Food was very tasty clean and hygeniue.

It's a mix of serene, peaceful and everything else that defines a great stay, with more than welcoming staff, who is really courteous and helpful. Hotel Lake Inn is an amazing getaway to the hill station 'Bhimtal'.
