Stayed here recently for 7 nights during Ladakh Marathon. Room is spacious and clean but can be better. I had see reviews complaining about hot water and bathrooms but I didn't face any such. Few minor issues with tap but was immediately attended to. The service provided to us by Somnath (care taker) and Jagmohan (chef) was amazing. They were open to feedback and appreciate their enthusiasm to improve. We were in a group and the Ladakh Marvel made us feel comfortable and home :-). One suggestion is to keep a check list for room before check-in and after check-out. This will ensure staff do not miss out on minor stuff. Also, please keep 2 water bottles as complimentary since if you have defined the room as luxury. Last question, if I'm going to back to Ladakh Marvel, YES!
We had a wonderful stay at Ladakh marvel. The rooms are comfortable and Mr Somnath made our stay memorable. The breakfast menu was yummy with hot Bhature and Parathas. The market is walking distance.

The Rooms are just Ok. Washrooms not up to mark. Hot water for bathing is sometimes a challange.Service is not good. Location is good n peaceful barring Garbage collection truck in the morning. Better look for alternate hotels in the vicinity . Much better hotels available at almost the same cost and excellent amenities. Like Kyun Tso hotel just next door.
We had stayed in this hotel recently. Rooms were spacious, but the bed sheets & bed covers were not clean as it had hair strands all over and were not clean. No room slippers & hot water in the chilling weather. However, the staff were good.

The staff is very kind and polite . Rooms are clean and have very kind of basic amenities. Wifi is available . Clock room is available. View is very good . Shop for oxygen is nearby . Food is average. Overall it is a good hotel .
