In short good food but Third class service..... Food quality was definitely good (we had ordered veg kolhapuri, panir handi, Nan, chapati, icecream and rice ) but service was worst. Rude and insulting behaviour from waiters even when we were talking politely. Treatment from the waiters was like they are favouring us by serving food. Will never visit this hotel (to get insulted by waiters) even if food is given free... while taking order waiters were scolding customers about timing of food served.... You will have to order food at one time only (they strictly say no food will be served after 1st order).......... if customer ask for additional food items after 1st order then the waiters will talk louder scold and insult customers...... Having more than 3k reviews on G maps doesn't means to insult customer....
Went there for Breakfast, being new to the city we found this place serving South Indian Breakfast, quite a big restaurant, food was average but definitely not how an authentic S/Indian food would be. Hygiene is a concern, tables get wiped with a dirty looking brownish cloth sprinkled with some soap water.

Very bad taste, We oderd veg laadli special and they served very pathetic sabji. Waste of money. Don't know why people go this place. Owner asked me why added my review here. To owner- I have added my review in google, I can add photos as well. Update your food quality instead of sending reaction on Google reviews.
Definitely... Hotel Laadli lost their fame and popularity, earlier this hotel was one of the best hotel in taste, service but now service is weak.
Quality is not as good as years before. Parking of four wheeler is hell of a job.. Business of the hotel may hamper due to this parking issue.
Taste is good.. Great variety of food beverage service was good good place to hangout with friends and family
Right opposite the bus stand, Very near from airport, Food is great and Economical, My cab driver introduced this place during my visit.
