Stayed here for one day/night while visiting Chennai for an official purpose. The hotel could be rated as above average from my experience. Pros: 1. Convenient location. This hotel is located exactly where someone would want to. It's just opposite to Koyambedu bus stand and one would easily catch bus to any part of the city/state from here. 2. Staffs are polite and gentle. 3. They provide complimentary snacks and breakfast to their guests. And food was good. 4. Ordered lunch from their kitchen and it tasted good. (N.B : prices are on a higher side) Cons: 1. The rooms are maintained poorly. It's clean but the settings are very old and lightings aren't great either. One could easily identify that it needs to be improved. 2. TV was not working. It wasn't much of problem for me as i was engaged with work duties. However, that would not be the same for others. Overall La castle could be considered as an option for staying one or two days for a business tour or family trip. Rates are bit high when you analyse the quality of rooms and service provided. But i think it would do justice to the prime location of hotel.

Hotel not maintained well. Hospitality is poor. Too much follow up for I was humiliated by one uncultured staff at the breakfast for asking for a better tea. A small time staff asked me to shut up! Despite complaining to the concerned, no action was taken. Humiliating performance. Would never visit again!
Good hotel with a reasonable pricr range in this prime location..very near to Cmbt bus stand and metro..easy access to auto and taxis... morning breakfast and evening snacks complementry.. tea coffee will be charged..rooms are good and fully air conditionered...service is good...
Very bad experience. Staff not supportive at all. Refused small adjustments in breakfast timing and stay timings, only paid drinking water, no room coffee tea bags, no towels. No proper room service. Overall very experience even for one day stay
I'm a Airline Pilot., I'm a regular customer and I love the rooms and their services. There was a change of management in the hotel.. the new management team was supper rude they don't know to deal with regular customer., This is for owner note : Sir hope u know and remember me one u saw. Today I got a terrible experience today. Me and my friend 3 members trying to book room, and the reseption person told me that 3 members not allowed in single room , then I told that I'll book 2 room, and the reseption person call the manager named Manoj after that call they refused to give room to me.. I'm don't understand why they don't give room to me. We are totally disappointed.. Management was too poor and rude. In last booking I lost my room keycard. As a pilot one I board the aircraft my mobile will be in switch off mode. So I'm unable to reach the call from the hotel.. I'm promised to pay the charges for the lost keycard.. but the person named Manoj was blacklist me for the only reason.. I'm totally disappointed. With the behaviour today I was encountered.. please call me and want to discuss about the incident.
Best hotel near Koyembedu, clean rooms and well maintained all the locations, receptionist is good at his best. Rooms are spacious for a business or any office trip and safe for family too.. Great location to find a hotel room. Right opposite to the famous CMBT bus terminus. Rooms are very nice, complementary breakfast with evening snacks at the restaurant in forth floor is too good. Room service is available. Easy to get access to Railway, metro and any part of city. Direct metro to airport in 20min will make you more comfort. Once you try this hotel, you will visit again surely.
