Had a very great experience during the stay in Hotel kyron. Service is very good along with the ambience of the rooms. I liked the professional behaviour of the staff there. Food taste can be made better
Bathroom was smelly, disgusting and dirty. Bedsheets was dirty and we asked them to replace it. Location was over crowded and street was dirty and polluted. Beds are not comfortable and you will get neck pain. There is a TV on the hall and workers were watching till midnight and it will disturb your sleep if you room in first floor. Please avoid this place.
A decent hotel, budget friendly. Staffs are so kind, I would rate 5 only for the service and staff behaviour. Located in heart of the city, so you can manage to do all shopping kind of stuffs all at once. Just 200m or less for Karol Bagh market. Neat and tidy too.. rooms could have been little better.

Last 4 days we were stayed there. Excellent customer service & staff were very good. Two Managers were very helpful mind to the customers. Room very clean & provide everything.

Manager was fraud ' I book hotel from oyo ' then when I reach in the location' there is different name ' ' then I didn't go anywhere' I book agin hotel with different name ' checking time they'll not inform you ' checkout time difference conditions' manager was fraud ' bhai logo oyo mai royal stay name se don't book ' pathetic service' daisy bedsheet'. Sorry we can't remove post ' even your staff asking for 30%room service charge ' while checkout asking give 500 rupees more '
