We came during festive season and felt good to have staff. They are very cooperative and fulfilled all the necessary demands.
Food facility is good and hygiene is maintained by staff in rooms.
Worst experience ever
Room were not clean ,even the services were not good. Hotel is also not managed properly . They made us wait 1hour before check in and even whil payment they are not providing GST bill . neither the hotel owner is taking responsibility for inconvenience.
Not at all worth the price.should opt for any other cheap hotel they will provide better servicesanf hygiene then this one.
Made me wait for nearly two hours during check in. Didn't provide towel, I have to like constantly nag for nearly an hour and then they gave the towel. Service was very poor. Didn't get the bill for the room till now. It's been like 10-12 days and I am calling up daily and no response. It is surprising that how much time will it take to prepare a bill and send. One of the worst hotel experiences I had.
the hotel was good and food was tasty. location is inside the main bhuj area and sight seeing places edge near . the facilities were normal. however, we had issues with hot water supply in the mornings. we had to use the kettle to heat water for bathing.
The hotel was extremely unclean and the bathroom was extremely unhygienic. The ceiling was broken and there were insects and spider webs inside hotel bathroom. There was no water in bathroom in the morning. Shower was extremely unclean so was the toilet and exhaust fan was broken. Along with this bedding was unclean too. Very fast from City center

The rooms were good. But even though they had prior information about our visit, rooms were not cleaned. When we entered the room and wash room were left it as it is by a previous user. Staff was finding it difficult even 12 people crowd too. Lot of parking space. Rooms were big.
