Nice hotel staff is good but room survies not good...over all ok
Rooms are good and economical. Suits the pocket. Location is on main road. But parking is issue. Market is nearby from hotel location. Room service available, no dinig hall or restaurant in hotel. No restaurant nearby for lunch dinner. Snacks available in small tea stalls.
We Pre Booked the hotel because we were having a late check in, after 8 hours drive when we checked in at 2:30 in the night, what we found is a totally messed up room, bathroom was so worst that even a public looked clean infront of it. What they just did is they transfered the keys of a horrifically used room without even bothering to check the room as housekeeping is a far far thing to expect from here.
Located at busy junction of Narsingpur road. Hotel rooms are quite good. Room service needs improvement. Overall offers a good stay
This place deserves to be given five plus stars for the excellent service I got at midnight when we checked at about 11.15pm.
Arrangements were made for providing us food. One of the best preparation of 'masala bhendi,' plus other items.
Gave my hearty thanks and appreciation to the chef who did the cooking at midnight.

Nice hotel, location is easy from railway station byt a little far fron main bus stand..place is not.so croedy and peacefull.. staff is nice ,rooms aee spacious and big, bathroom is big, spacious and good..room.service is awesome, nice food at reasonable costing.. overall good hotel at a very nice and reasonable cost...stay is very friendly for fmly and married couples...ammenities are working and service is really nice...recommended for fmly and frnds...

1. Rooms are super clean and i recommend for family as it was very safe stay too with parking facility.
2. Good food and also morning complementary breakfast is too good with continental touch i believe chef is good.
I was trying to book online first, but I tried offline and got best offer by reception manager. Rooms and services are very good, and food quality is too good.
Room starts from Rs 700 only. The food was very good . After a full day hard roaming in chhindwara i got landed up here and the place provided me home like environment .
