I stayed there for half day as it was a business trip. Food is available in the ground floor. Service is average. Rooms are clear and descent.

Pros:1. Budget-friendly.2. Polite behavior.Cons:1. AC not working in Delux ac room even after multiple complaints.2. Electrical fitments are not working (mirror, bathroom light).. Bathroom lite fixed after complaint.3. Very.and I mean it.. VERY slow room service.
The hotel room is good and porous but the lights of inside room is too derm lift facilities not hear out side the room is too direty receptionists not receiving your call anytime suffocation type room window not hear every room
Great foodin 2018.they had buffet. Now the manager has changed in 2019. No Buffett. Ordinary food. They showed me 3 rooms. I liked only one which had ventilation and sunshine. Water is not hot for bathing. It is warm
Hotel Is Fantastic. I loved the stay. I saw previous reviews about electric & bed bug & lower category staff. problems. Honestly i say i didnot found any such thing. It seems those are because of the competitiors fake reviews .Rooms are clean & furnished. Food is tasty. Staff is of high quality & traine. Can say skilled staff in each deptt. Free wifi & pick up drop also provided. Complimentary dinner & breakfast is buffet & lots of tasty items.

Great experience with this hotel .....services are good to go and the Food was good to have and also the environment here is great. Here I have good connections to connect different places like for sector 1 to sector 10, bhilai and to supela also.
