Not a good experience. Photos on line are much better than what it was. Rooms were dirty and the sheets were not clean. They had hair and stains on them. The bathroom smelt and water went everywhere as it is a wet room, so it was damp. No toiletries or toilet roll. Very noisy from outside as windows are thin. The only good thing was that it was near the train station and we were only there for one night. Also it was cheap, so I think it's what you expect for the price, but it's unfair that it looks so good on line. People sleeping on the tables of the restaurant so I'm glad we didn't get breakfast there. Staff were pleasant though but asked us to Google review in front of them to rate it well, which we refused to do. That's probably why they had good ratings.
They didn't provide you towels , bathing Shop and oil if you book offline. The room is very compact. It's good for family and friends. Nice stay for tourists. Nearest railway station to find out the location of this hotal. And hotal staff is also very friendly and supportive.
Except for location, 300 mtrs from railway station, its no worth a stay. I will never recommend this hotel. No facilities. No lift, no service,no dining. Exorbitant charges. I don't understand how webportals have this hotel in their portfolio. Zero star rating. We were reaching post midnight and had eleventh hour booking. First thing we did was checking out without using washrooms

This place is near Abu Road station, walking distance. The food was okay. We ordered Vegetarian North Indian Food Quality and quantity both were manageable.

It's a good hotel and family friendly. The staff has been helpful. Even though we checked out of the room, the staff was sensible enough to let us stay in the guest waiting area for a couple more hours as I had a train to catch.
I have had such a wonderful experience in hotel management in my life at this hotel, very nice and wonderful ambiance and service, I give it a 5 star rating. And am satisfied.
