The best hotel in guntur. Rooms are so well cleaned and maintained. I like the ambiance of the rooms. Washroom are also too good. Stayed in hotels in hyderabad compared to those these are pretty good. Far better.
No Dedicated Parking Space. You need to park the vehicle on the road side. I have stayed here for a day with my family. Here is my rating. Really nice experience the rooms are well maintained and the response of staff is really good worth the amount spent. The rooms are very clean and everything including dental kit is provided.Anybody comes to Guntur on any visit best place to stay and it is on koretapadu main road.
Service was very bad. The receptionist was not good. He will not keep his words. Advice is : don't pay any amount in advance without proper inquiry. And take bills on and there itself.
Staff behaviour is too bad, Receptionist/owner says unnecessary rules and he doesn't know how to manage customers, fully commercial Rooms and amenities are good Try to avoid this hotel. No proper parking facility Only advantage is the prime location in guntur Overall bad experience.
1. no water in washrooms, they took more than 4 hours to provide water 2.A/C remote not given and that was not working properly 3. Adequate Drinking water bottles not given 4. reception careless attitude as if they offered the accommodation at free of cost!
this was the best hotel in that area, well maintained, clean and the staff is very good. they even provided the cutlery when we brought food from out side. Room is soo good and cleaned. wifi, Netflix and Amazon Prime is also subscribed for the use of customerssecurity
