Good service. Clean n neat rooms with included AC, water heater, TV and ample of cupboard space.
Restuarant serves quality veg & non veg food.

Recently I stayed at Hotel Kulswamini for a week and would like to give detail review :
It is at the prime location , next to bus stand and market and hardly 10 min away from Kudal railway station .
Rooms are spacious and clean but mattress was not comfortable. Ceiling fan position is not align with bed so , it's better to go for ac rooms if you are travelling in summer.
It's bit costly considering they provide only one bottle per day and no hot water kettle .
Staff was polite & helpful . Hotel entrance is bad . as it's next to bus stand you can't keep the window open as it will be super noisy .
Recently they have started restaurant as well. Manu variety is huge but the cook is unable to execute certain dishes . Its an open restaurant so hygiene is compromised to certain extent. Certain dishes were definitely tasty like veg thali, fish thali, puri bhaji and masala omelet , etc. Overall our stay was good.
The location is just perfect as it is located right next to the kudal bus stand. However the compromise is that there will be lot of busy bus stand noise, specially the noise from a sugarcane juice vendor right next to it. The service is not that great and they don't accept credit cards which is a bummer. However the rooms are decent.
Rooms are clean. Service is okayish. Location is right in the heart of Kudal.
Lots of improvements required.
No backup for electricity.
We ended up reaching on Monday when there is frequent load shedding in kudal.
Had AC room booked. Not single bulb or fan was running during load shedding which is basic expectation. Waste of my entire day AC room booking amount.
No Seperate washroom for people who checkout and want to wait for their Bus or train timings.
Even small thing like Key was broken from Key holder
No self help Water Can with tap in reception area which again is basic for any reception area.
Average.
If above improvements are not done don't think I may recommend this hotel to others.
Only good thing about this hotel is location. Right behind kudal St depot.
Bad service.. staff is very rude to talk.
I and my friends had very bad experience at this place. They didn't even provide water and towels in room.
