The hotel rooms are very old and have very poor maintenance. The rooms are full of spider webs, cupboards are creaking and ACs don't work.
I booked through booking.com and when we reached the hotel at about 7pm after a tiring day, the hotel denied us the room. They showed us some very lousy rooms, not clean and asked for price which was double than our confirmed booking rate. Be aware of these fraudulent apps and hotels who may cheat you after taking advance. I was lucky that i did not pay any advance. Zero star to both booking.com and this hotel. Not recommend at all.
We reached after a long and tiring journey at 9pm. The hotel reception refused our checkin despite being booked and paid fully. We even called them a day before and confirmed our stay yet we were denied a room. Then after they were charging double the amount than what we paid. After an hour of calling customer service we got our room. The first room we got had a non-functional AC and dirty room overall. After complaining that the weather outside was extremely hot we got a different room.The various issues we faced in this room are:1. No food or tea available at any point of time.2. No calling facility available to the reception from room.3. They keep switching off and on the AC multiple times as per their wish. 4. No housekeeping ( they didn't empty our dustbin in a four days stay) also no drinking water availability.5. Even for small things like water, tea you have to visit the reception multiple times only to get a refusal.6. We had booked 'Kuber inn' however we got 'hotel kuber' which is different and shaby.9. Hotel staff overall is uncooperative and lazy.NOT AT ALL RECOMMENDED!!! If there had been an option for negative rating i would have given that.
The rooms were big neat and clean. The interior and exterior location were very wonderful. But the demerit was the staff for little lazy. Football also good and the price was affordable.
Had a very poor experience. Have to wait more than 45 mins to get my room. When room provided , saw deluxe room but myself booked suit room. After 30 mins after discussion with OYO team provided me with suit room. When we entered room we found, Ac is not working. Fan is not working. Rooms were yet to be cleaned. I would advice not to book this hotel. This is a worthless hotel provided by OYO.
It was a pleasure staying at this Brand new property, which is 10 minutes walking from the City Center Mall. Hotel Kuber Inn is a nice hotel with excellent food and service. They offer complementary tea and coffee in the room. Breakfast is good and you can choose: Indian, continental, etc. Also the restaurant is very good and reasonably priced. Overall the experience was brilliant and enjoyed or weekend getaway a lot. I will definitely stay there again.
Good and hospitable staffs. They take care on request. Not the same as I had impression from past reviews. For me it was a pleasant stay. Some are dissatisfied, may be because of hotels attention is more for their new hotel project nearby. Hope they will correct themselves to prove wrong regarding previous reviews
They cancelled our Booking half and hour before our check in time even when we have paid a full amount citing the reason which they knew from previous night(as said by them). The number on display at the time was wrong so we couldn't contact the hotel before starting our journey. I had to wait with my family at the station for 3 hours in the heat till I got another hotel. Oyo customer service was not upto the mark but MakeMyTrip customer service came to my help and got us to another hotel. I hope the hospitality of Kuber would be worth appreciating for in future.
