I have attended a ring ceremony of my family member on 27th nov 2023, service was not good, for few hours lift was not working, immatured staff and their cloths was stinking and dirty, hotel cleanliness was worst.. overall very poor experience
Rooms were clean but not so spacious... TV not recharged....food is delicious compare to other nearby hotels and expensive too due to heart of city located

I stayed there on 08/09/22 for a staying a night. I observed there the room was ok but the AC and TV was not working it was so hot day.The food was good and testy.The staff was ok but not so well.There for I giving review 2*
Their Refund Policy is very good.I booked room here and money given personally but due to some reasons i can't come. They have given me full amount refund. Manager is very polite person. Prices are less than regular hotel. Very Honest People. 5
