Hotel Krusti Resort - Hotel in Puri - Puri, India

It is a good & comfortable experience during our stay at Hotel Krusti Resort from 21.10.2023 to 23.10.2023. The provided room is big as they shown in the picture at the time of booking. We get it very neat and clean at the time of check in. Supply of drinking water is sufficient. Hotel Staffs are very cordial and supportive ,room service is also good The location of the property is very good it is very near from Chakra Tirtha sea beach. The beach is shown from our balcony as well. Bathroom is little small but we don't face any difficulty to use it. Suggestion : it is helpful to the guest if you arrange a Almira in the room and install a rack in the bathroom mirror area.

I don't understand how this hotel has 4+ star rating. this clearly means that some rooms in the property are okay and some are like.....hee bhagwaan....poora local The worst part is the staff behaviour. We reached at night 12am and had pre-booked 2 rooms for 3 days. The price was EXORBITANTLY high - 10k and that too for non AC rooms. Which is 1666 per room per day. I had paid 5k in advance and would've paid the rest next day morning. But the property manager persisted on paying the full amount up-front. Even though we had stayed in this hotel before, there's just no trust. Also, we were a family of 5 - mom, husband, brother, daughter and myself. Still, the manager persisted again on taking aadhar card while checking itself. He treated us like we were some low grade people or unmarried couple or something. He was not ready to understand that we were just too tired after 12 hours of car journey and hence we'd have given him all our ID proofs in the morning. And to add fuel to fire, the condition of the rooms was just HORRIBLE. Very hot and humid (especially the 3rd floor room), some charging sockets are not working, stained curtains, stained sink and commode, leaking pipes and drainage and the whole 9 yards. In the morning, we again were disrespected and though we paid for 2 days, I had to leave just after 1 night. The money went in drain, but atleast not our dignity. The property owner or someone from the hotel often replies to these reviews like a pro hero, but that does not change the reality. And of course they can say whatever they want because I can't respond back to it. I urge everyone to NEVER stay in this property. Even if the rooms are bad, the staff behaviour can turn the table. But vice versa is not possible.

Very bad rooms, and rate does not justify the room. Trust me, the rooms are same as 500 rupees non ac railway station room. TERRIBLE toilets, no standard. NO RESPECT towards customers very bad, impolite staff, always asking for money only even from old customers. I am never going to this Hotel again. I'd better sleep in station.

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL Rooms may be spacious but the service is just pure low class! Untrained and inexperienced people are running the hotel. They think they're doing a favour by providing us a place to stay. The room intercoms don't work. If you order tea they'll take an hour to provide that and moreover the cups are very tiny and they don't provide dishes with the cup either. Overall the worst experience in Puri I had at this hotel. Better hotels are available near Lighthouse beach.

The worst hotel ever with foods like hell and price like heaven... .. The hotel is a chopping board to cut your pocket. The behaviour of the stuffs are like rotten tomatoes. The quality of the food is like spoiled eggs with cow dung in it.. It's better to avoid the hotel. The hotel islike blood suckers of money. They don't know what service means so be sure that you won't get any kind of service here. The rooms are dirty and full of flies and other insects. When you tell them about it, they ignore. But, you'll have to pay the entire amount the first day you check in. How pathetic. Please don't stay here no matter what the other reviews say because people here ask you to put up good reviews. Be aware please. I personally recommend not to book this hotel at all. They are money minded. They have nothing to do with your respect and dignity.

I liked the ambience of this Resort. The beach is near. But the market and temple are far . Auto will take Rs. 150 . Food is good in the restaurant.

Everything bad. Room - hot , humid, smelly, stained curtains Toilet - stains everywhere, shower not working, most of all they don't care for there guest only there need is money but money not matter if you get a warm welcome
