Despite my excitement to try out Hotel Krishnai, I was left unimpressed with the food quality and staff behavior. The dining experience fell short of expectations, with tasteless dishes and a limited menu variety that did not align with the hotel's reputation. Adding to my disappointment was the indifferent attitude of the staff. Their lack of enthusiasm and unhelpful demeanor made me feel unwelcome. It's disheartening when the very people who should ensure a pleasant stay seem uninterested in providing good service. On a positive note, the hotel's ambiance and amenities were satisfactory. The rooms were comfortable and well-decorated, but unfortunately, these aspects were overshadowed by the subpar dining and lackluster staff behavior. In conclusion, my visit to Hotel Krishnai was disappointing due to the unappetizing food and indifferent staff. While the physical attributes of the hotel were decent, the overall experience left much to be desired. I hope the management takes these concerns seriously and strives to enhance the dining and customer service aspects for future guests.

Well, I was checking out some reviews before writing this one and people are having bad experiences here so for me it was kind of a different experience. So we were 18 people and we went to reception and to enquire. the staff was polite, and service was fast they immediately process everything they combined the tables and all, we ordered chicken and fish as a starter (don't know the name)the fish and chicken were so soft like I never had this soft one before, breaking apart without any effort plus it was delicious. I wanted a mocktail but they said it was unavailable, that was disappointing. plus you and the people around you get very less privacy though. When it comes to Family there is very less privacy that's the only thing I didn't like. after we move on to the main course we ordered Mutton and Chicken Gravy, Veg Bhuna and Paneer tikka along with Lachha Paratha. It was good but the Lachha paratha was too heavy like cant take more than 2 parathas. so far it a was a good experience. I don't have a picture cause they immediately start serving
