The room was clean and tidy even the washroom was well-maintained perfect for family and friends.
I had booked room via make my trip. But they don't provide me a room and allotted the room for another person. The manager is very arrogant.
This hotel is wrost place to chose to stay in indore... Never book this hotel from any site like mmt oyo goibibo... Hotel staff will say u to cancel booking and to ask refund from site and will not allow to check in... This happened with me and many more there... The hotel staff is very arogent and dont have manners to talk... They will ask u to cancel booking and to take booking from them at rate of 1000 -1500 this hotel is just value like shelters worth rs 150 per night only...
The Service is pathetic and disappointing.
Here's is what happened to me, Maybe the hotel's manager or any customer will take this in the notice and do something about it.
We entered with Goibibo booking but the owner denied the paid booking and said: "We can only give you the room if you deposit cash here". We followed the same(because we didn't have any place to go at midnight) then he asked us to cancel goIbibo booking with their customer support.
So, he was apparently taking the customer through GoIbibo and then taking cash separately.
In a way, he is fooling us with various tactics.

It's in a middle of the city and is very near to sarafa bazar and to Indore railway station. Location of the hotel is nice and the staff is really good .

I would highly recommend the same for traveller visiting indore and near by places like ujjain and onkareshvar, hotel is situated at a walking distance from station and bus station, though they don't have restaurant inside hotel, but there are lots of eating option outside hotel premises. They are serving a great hospitality. I booked the property through goibibo and not faced any difficulty in check in process.
