Faltu very bad i will give it a 0 rating if i can.staff behavior is very bad they uses swear words room are likes a prison cell and you can't have any meals here they behave like that we are staying here for free just faltu. Pls don't stay here there are bug and insects all over the bed the bedshit is burnt and cut from some places and in the bed there are hair of other persons and also if you check in at 12.00 pm or 1.00 pm they will tell you to check out within 7.30 am or if you ask for extra time for check out 10 or 20 mins later then then they will started arguing. And also their are stairs very straight that you are climbing a mountain and also the manager is very rude . And also their are bites of cigerettes everywhere in the room. And also the glasses are very dirty. Also the bedshit is very dirty

I stayed here on the night of 30 Sept. The staff here is very lazy specially the one who sits in reception. They don't provide separate washrooms with their rooms even though they take the regular room price. They have kept such rooms for much higher price than general hotels in that area. I called the hotel after checkout, since I forgot my earpods in my hotel room and first the receptionist wasn't ready to check the room. Later, he said he didn't find any earpods. But, I am sure where in the room I had left mine. I feel cheated with such lousy and irresponsible behaviour on the side of staff. Since I had left the city, I couldn't go back to the hotel myself and have thus lost my earpods.

Bunch of money grabbers... If your staying with family I'll absolutely not recommend it.

Staff are good , but the owner or manager , I don't know behaved very rudely for not giving the Id card of my 7 year old son , whereas I submitted all Id Cards including my daughter's also. The old owner of the hotel, perhaps non bengali , appeared so egotistical that the customers have no value to him at all. Some rooms are si small and room service not available. How dated he talked to me that he would charge me extra for debating with him ! Very bitter experience I had.

Good food... Don't try the North Indian dishes, these people are definitely more comfortable with South Indian fare. Prices have increased since I first went there with my father... Now I'm taking my son, but the tastes are nearly the same. Big portions... And no quibble with second helpings.

This is the worst hotel I have seen in Kolkata. Very high rate bad service. The rooms are very dirty and small.

Great inexpensive clean rooms with room service facility. Clean eating place with great healthy food. Thank you for your cordial environment. The hotel manager and staff were very polite and inclined to their customer service duty.
