Very BAD SERVICE,TV is not working I ask them (Sane Day)when I book the room. I will not recommend to anyone. But completely Breakfast is good.
I booked hall of this hotel for engagement ceremony in feb 2023 and that day wqs a nightmare for us, they are least cooperative and will blame u everytime. Even they promised to offer discount and refused for it while billing. Staff behaviour was good except a fat manager with glasses. Be careful if you are going for a mass bpoking or organising any function here. We nearly cried and had to fight for every small thing. Planned a second wedding in the same year here but after such an experience we r not going for this . Its a humble request from higher authorities to look into this issue and try to improve.
This is one of the good hotels of ayodhyaa . The rooms were nice and green and quite fine. The buffet breakfast at the restaurant was quite ok but stop try to make it comfortable and cosy for US over all the staff was quite helpful. Since the place is quite small and everything is all around so you can reach the Ram Mandir easily from the hotel.

My Parents checked in today in this Hotel known as one of good Hotel in Faizabad, but haven't seen such Hotel with No Wi Fi and charging a good amount for stay, they needed Wi Fi connection at hotel as we expect same to be there in such Hotels the people denied saying there is No Wi Fi here ... you don't deserve 2 star better be 0 star OYO rooms in Bangalore are better with Tarrif of 1k per night ..
A very badly maintained place . There were some renovated rooms but We were given dilapidated room in 2nd floor ( room 203 to be specific) . Despite asking repeatedly to change the manger at the reception by name ROY did not change. He is an extremely rude and incompetent person. The bathroom has a bath tub that has never been cleaned and the room floor was very dirty with sand. Totally unhappy. Giving 1 star bcoz can't give any lower.
Bhai log, don't waste ur money n time in such pathetic hotel. BF is very bad n staff to wah bhai. Look for some other option or regret later.
Location is good. Rooms are big and spacious. Overall you'll have a nice experience.
