Hotel Krishna Palace, Hospet - Hotel in Hosapete - Ballari, India

Property looks like 4 star. They charged 1500 for extra mattress which was ridiculous as room rate was 4700. There was no AC remote in the rooms. They said we have to call mechanic to change temp of ac every time. All rooms have no AC remote . Otherwise rooms are like a 4 star clean and spacious. Food was tasty but could have been hot. With some improvement they can be a 4 star.

My experience at this place was not satisfactory. The room was good to an extent and the complementary breakfast was average. Well, my point for not being satisfied is the check-in check-out timings. Usually star hotels respond well to different needs of customers and that is why they are star hotels. Our need was to check-in early and check-out early for the whooping amount that we had already paid. But this wasn't well received. We had to pay an additional amount which was around 20% of the actual bill for 3 hours of early check-in. And yeah, of course we did check-out 3 hours earlier. And finally they said, they are there to do business. And I say good luck with your "business"

I along with my family stayed here recently. The worst experience as AC not working as there is no proper.actions even though I have complained about this. And there is no regulator for fan as it runs with full speed. Canteen food is not up to the mark as two to three items and the staff will never respond if you ask something more because you are not paying there as booked with breakfast. They serve the Tea with plastic or paper cup (very small) and never respond you. I complained about this with Manager and I don't know whether he taken the action. Totally the canteen team is worst.

Good Rooms and Room service Overall ambience in the hotel is great But Strong dislikes for Restaurant food and waiter service, they take lot of time to serve your order atleast 30 mins for your basic starters, moving towards main course gets worse.. We were the only guests that day and still this was the condition... Taste was extremely spicy even for basic delicacies!! Few of us developed mouth ulcers after 2 days. Worse condition Except food and related service, rest all is good

Room are compact but clean. Not a great place for food options. Breakfast also not that great. No buffet dinner available..

Very Good Experience, Rooms are very stylish neat and clean , Employees are very loyal . Service Quality of this hotel is best , i think it's very big hotel in Benglore city , And itsy cost is too high also

Very nice rooms, ambiance, good food. The staff is also supportive and provides good information. Overall a very nice experience and we enjoyed our stay.

Had a chance to stay here courtesy UBR sir coz Site visit to wind farm. Breakfast was nice, smart door etc...
