Ventilation is poor. Fire extinguishers are not present. Washrooms don'thave a wiper. The place is fine. The AC remote's are faulty.
Service was good. Overall a nice place. Suggestion - Sofa is covered by yellow cover. Today now a days all hotel halls are using white colour which enhance the look of any hall.
Rooms are stinky. Bath rooms are worse. Food is also not good. Always cigarette smoke smell in the rooms. Smoked cigarette parts can seen in rooms. Not a family type of room. If you are going with family, avoid this hotel and try some other.
The hotel seems to be okay as it's closeby to the airport and AIIMS. Room services are fine, food quality needs to improve a lot as it was not sufficient enough where Portion measurements are concerned and delivery time exceeded hours together. You order for Breakfast in morning and you get it by afternoon. The restaurant attached to the hotel needs to check on hygiene standards as well. Hotel doesn't have uninterrupted power supply. The rooms were surviving on inverter back up which went to lighting of the room only, not connected to fans or AC.
Shaddy thing ! They are paying to increase the reviews. Not a good thing to attract customers. Being born and brought up in Gorakhpur I think this ridiculous activity is not good for a tourist visiting my city, Thus please visit the place then decide do not trust reviews please.
nice place . and very humble staff. One of the best hotal near AIIMS and Airport. Very good connectivity through the cab and auto. If you want peaceful location near airport and AIIMS then you can prefer Hotal Krishna Inn
Great & comfortable place to stay.. the ambience and staff of the hotel were really very helpful, especially Manager Mr. Amit Sharma who was very dedicated towards the safety and comfortable level of female travellers.. overall great experience.
Self declared best hotel in Gorakhpur Recently booked this place for marriage and their highly unprofessional staff turned our memorable moments into nightmare...Rates of rooms are comparable to 3 star hotels but actual rooms are comparable to Rs 100 lodges...I will suggest book this place only for someone whom you hate like a hell...
