Worst hotel experience ever ...staff are so misbehaving ..they are charging full day charge just for one hour delay in checkout... without informing even once for checkout .....think 100 times before coming to this hotel ...horrible experience

Krishna Galaxy is a modern looking property with warm and elegant rooms situated in Nayaganj, Kanpur. Nearby attractions are Kanpur Zoological Park, Blue World Theme Park and Moti Jheel. The hotel is nearby Kanpur Airport and Kanpur Central Railway Station. The reception has an elegant decor with a bright coloured wall. The hotel also has a nicely done lobby area. The rooms are spacious and modern with wooden furniture and wallpaper. Hotel provides AC, TV and Wi-Fi in all the rooms and geyser in all bathrooms. The hotel also provides an elevator. Restaurants nearby are Banarsi Mishthan Bhandar, Barbeque Nation and Atmosphere Grill Cafe Sheesha. Markets nearby include Vishal Mega Mart and Nomadic, Mega Mall.

Worst experience with OYO. I booked this hotel through OYO for Rs. 1009 two days before Check in. On reaching hotel, they told they won't accept Online Payment. I told OYO about this, they didn't responded well, i. agreed to pay them cash. Then they asked me to cancel the booking and rebook. I had an exam due to which wasn't left with any options but to book the same hotel again for much higher price of RS. 1470. Very dissaponting to see the quality of hotel. Niether the small dirty rooms of hotel was worth RS. 1400 nor the behavior of staff was professional.

Location is nearby ghantaghar and food was costly however room was okay as we have to stay for a night for my friends wedding. Average experience as we were new to the place.

Hotel Krishna galaxy is very good but room quality is not good

1. Location:- The place is at the walking distance from the Kanpur Central Station. Since it is situated in the busy market of Ghantaghar Chowk, so there's no parking space, though you can use the railway station's parking lot. Hotel have Elevator facility, but it wasn't working when I was there. 2. Behavior and Attitude of staffs:- To be honest, I didn't talk to them very much. But they were quite friendly and helpful during my stay. 3. Room:- I stayed on the third floor. The room is not that much small as lots of people had mentioned in their reviews. If you want to play Basketball or Volleyball then, yeah it's small for that. It's an ideal room, neither too big nor too small. There is a small tea table beside the bed and one study table (I'm not certain, it's study table, but I don't know what to call it instead) near bathroom. The bed was clean and quite comfortable. Bathroom was also clean. You can get both hot and cold water. Although the tap water pressure is very low, it'll bother you only if you take long showers (like me). At morning, you can order your free complimentary breakfast between 8 to 10. Some people complained in their reviews that the room wasn't clean so I called the hotel 2 hours before my arrival and told them to clean my room and change the bedsheets and cushion covers. When I got there, I found my room as I told them. I hope this review will be helpful to you.

Hotel located at walking distance from kanpur central railway nearby to ghanta Ghar chauraha as hotel located at very crowded area wholesale market so there is no parking available but one can park vehicle at railway station parking. No wheelchair accessible entrance because entrance only through stairs. I stayed here at 3rd floor rooms which was very clean well maintained washroom is neat and clean sanitize. Room service is fast also food is delicious. Staff is very polite and helpful.
