The owner and staff of property is very rude. They have there own set of rules and regulations. Owner should work upon his attitude. Property was nice and newly built but far from market and restaurants.

The best stay ever. Reasonable price, clean and spacious rooms. The environment was pleasant and welcoming. The staff was the nicest staff I have ever encountered at a hotel. They were always friendly and asked how our stay was going every time we walked in the door. They also were able to recommend places to get any type of meal that we needed as well. Both check-in and check-out were professionally handled and easy. REAL VALUE FOR MONEY

Had a miserable experience with the hotel. I would advise anyone especially traveling with family to not use this hotel. The manager/owner is rude and has no sense of customer service or decency. You are better off paying a bit more to go to a nicer hotel versus this miserable place with extremely poor service and even worse management. I found this place to not even be safe for family.
Well trained and friendly staff. Excellent food and room service .The rooms were comfortable and clean, toilet and shower area was also clean. The ambience was good and the service was excellent. Our stay was safe and enjoyable. Food was tasty ,good verity was available in breakfast , lunch and dinner at very reasonable price . Aslo a special metion of the indoor parking , which was safe .My kids asked for food at odd time ,the staff helped me with that . I recomend this hotel to everyone , visting Haridwar .
This Property is too Good for stay with family as there is no nonsense crowd. It is quite safe with lift inside and odour free rooms. No Gutka or Smoking smell. Mr. Sandeep is very nice and cooperative
