Yesterday night we organised an engagement function in this hotel. They totally spoiled our function . There manager from West Bengal made very huge promises during booking regarding there service and quality but seriously speaking there service and quality both are a big ZERO. NO FOOD QUALITY NO STAFF MANAGEMENT I had never seen this kind of pathetic management. There bengali manger cheated us....!!!!! I suggested all of u never do any arrangements there.... They are BIG CHEATERS Specially Bengali Manger a Big CHEATER Never go for that..!!!! I think the people those who are giving good reviews regarding this property are fake or hired by hotel.. It is a worst experience of my life..

Worst service by hotel, don't book any function here as staff is not professional, even after book your room they denied to hand over the key on time. Even after full commitment they not serve food properly lots of item's are missing.

Wonderful Service. The buffet is good and economical. Don't opt for Bartenders choice mocktail here

I don't know about the rooms to be honest, the gym there is not good, machinery are not properly working plus they do not get them fixed even after kept telling them once or twice in month

Very good location of hotel and service is also good.
